About the Role
Do you have a passion for training, coaching, and developing people? We are looking for a German & English-speaking Trainer to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, delivering, and evaluating training programs for new hires and existing employees. From onboarding and role-play simulations to continuous development and sales coaching, you'll play a key role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our customer service advisors.

Your Responsibilities
As a Trainer, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Training Delivery: Design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Acclimate new hires to the company, ensuring they are well-versed in the business, client strategy, and role expectations.
- Skills Development: Develop and deliver continuous training programs focused on areas like objection handling, consultative selling, and customer service excellence.
- ️ Scenario & Role-Play: Conduct scenario-based training and role-play sessions to ensure advisors are ready for real-life interactions.
- Performance Evaluation: Collect feedback, track training outcomes, and ensure the effective application of taught skills.
- ✍️ Training Materials: Create and maintain classroom handouts, guides, instructional materials, and manuals.
- Program Updates: Periodically review and update training content to ensure it reflects client needs, market changes, and new best practices.
- Collaboration: Work with teams, direct managers, and clients to assess training needs and recommend changes where needed.
- Training Plans: Develop annual training programs, create teaching plans, and ensure their successful execution.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, training methods, and client strategy to maintain cutting-edge training programs.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Language Skills: Fluent German and English (both written and verbal, C1 or higher).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of GDS and Amadeus systems is essential.
- Training Experience: Prior experience in training, coaching, or facilitation is required.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Sales Expertise: Knowledge of relevant sales techniques and the ability to train and coach teams on sales best practices.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with employees from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to address challenges and suggest solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Capable of providing constructive feedback in a positive, objective, and supportive way.
