French Speaking Junior Campaign Specialist - Hybrid
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €22,785 gross/year + up to €2,734 gross/year in bonus.Purpose of the Role:
As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you'll partner with new clients to help them launch their first online advertising campaigns, making a significant impact on their business. This role is target-driven, focusing on individual and team objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers.
- Identify and understand customer needs and objectives.
- Drive increased spending, upsell opportunities, and ensure campaign sustainability.
- Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls.
Requirements:
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
- Strong drive to meet or exceed targets in productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and proposal writing.
- Good time management skills and ability to organize your own workday.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goals.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Native level of French and high level of English.
