Danish Junior Campaign Specialist - Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain)
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 gross/year in bonus
Working Model: Hybrid
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday)Purpose of the Role:
As a Danish Junior Campaign Specialist, you will work closely with a portfolio of new clients, assisting them in launching and developing their online advertising campaigns. Your role involves being a trusted consultant, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. This target-driven role requires collaboration within a larger onboarding team while working towards individual goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns.
- Identify and comprehend the customer’s needs and marketing objectives.
- Increase campaign spend through upselling and promoting sustainable advertising solutions.
- Handle high volumes of potential clients daily, primarily through phone calls.
Requirements:
Education:
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent).
- A Master’s in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of sales and/or online advertising experience.
- Strong drive to exceed performance targets in productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch over the phone and write compelling proposals.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical abilities for evaluating campaign performance.
- Client-focused, with an interest in customer interaction and ownership of business outcomes.
- Able to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Danish (C2 level) and high proficiency in English.
