Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote in Greece (Athens, Greece)
Salary: €1,045 gross/month + bonus up to 10%Represent one of the world’s most prestigious luxury car brands in a dynamic customer service role. This position involves managing inquiries related to roadside assistance, app support, vehicle connectivity, and dealership appointments. As the first point of contact, you’ll deliver a premium experience to high-end clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Roadside Assistance (24/7):
- Provide immediate support for vehicle breakdowns and coordinate recovery services to dealerships.
- Assist customers with connectivity mobility issues.
Customer Support:
- Book dealership appointments for maintenance or service.
- Offer detailed information about warranty coverage, dealership locations, and service documentation (e.g., service history).
Technical Support:
- Guide customers in connecting their mobile devices to their vehicles.
- Troubleshoot app-related issues, including account activation, vehicle monitoring, and live traffic information.
- Educate customers on the functions and benefits of connected services.
General Inquiries:
- Address customer concerns and inquiries related to luxury vehicle features and services.
- Manage escalated issues professionally, especially with demanding or upset customers.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Spanish fluency (C1 or higher) and a good command of English for training and internal communication.
- Experience:
- Customer service experience is preferred, ideally in handling high-profile or demanding clientele.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with mobile apps and digital services.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and resilience in managing challenging situations.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, to provide 24/7 support.
