Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisors – Remote (Based Anywhere in Portugal)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

We are currently recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors for a leading international call centre based in Lisbon. In this role, you will support one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the Netherlands, a market leader in the online sale of books, entertainment products, electronic devices, and toys.

The platform offers access to over 6 million products, including new and second-hand Dutch and international books, music, DVDs, games, notebooks, software, mobile phones, televisions, e-readers with thousands of e-books, and a photo album service.

Overview

Working as part of a customer support team, you will help ensure a professional and friendly customer service experience through phone and email communication.

Daily Responsibilities

• Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, providing clear answers and practical solutions
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns
• Act as a point of contact for external sellers
• Provide information about digital products and services
• Escalate and redirect more complex issues to the appropriate departments when required

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week
• 8 hours per day, plus a 1-hour lunch break
• Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 23:00

Compensation

You can choose between two salary options:

Option 1

• €1,109 gross per month
• Free accommodation (private room in a shared company apartment)

Option 2

• €1,434 gross per month
• No accommodation included
