Dutch Team Manager – Financial / Banking Project

Work Arrangement: On-site

Salary: €1,150 gross/month, including a €350 Dutch language allowance + 10% monthly GPS bonus

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dutch-speaking Team Manager to join our team in Athens and lead a team supporting an exciting Financial / Banking project.

If you have strong leadership skills, experience managing teams, and are fluent in Dutch and English, this could be a great opportunity to develop your career in an international environment.

Fluent in Dutch and English

Previous Team Management / Team Leader experience

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to motivate and support a team

Customer-service or financial/banking experience is an advantage

Willingness and availability to work on-site in Athens, Greece
