Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Larnaca, Cyprus.

In this role, you will provide professional customer support to PlayStation customers via phone, email, and chat, helping users resolve account, payment, billing, console, and network-related issues.

Your Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Assist customers with PlayStation account-related issues.

Handle password resets, payment processing, and billing enquiries.

Troubleshoot account access and console/network-related problems.

Investigate customer issues and provide effective solutions.

Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when required.

Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Requirements

Norwegian: C2 level required.

English: B2 level required.

Minimum High School Diploma.

Customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

€1,350 gross monthly salary, increasing to €1,400 after 6 months.

Uncapped performance bonus, averaging €250–€300 per month.

Bonus paid together with your salary at the end of each month.
