Salary: €1,100 gross/month × 14 salaries

Sign-On Bonus: €1,000 gross

We are hiring Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Representatives to join the team of a leading global IT and antivirus company in Thessaloniki.

Your Role

You will provide professional and friendly customer support to Portuguese-speaking customers through:

Inbound calls

Live chat

Basic technical and product support

Helping customers resolve issues and answering their questions

Providing a positive customer experience

What We Offer

€1,100 gross monthly salary

14 salaries per year

€1,000 gross sign-on bonus

Monday–Friday/Saturday rotating schedule

Shifts between 12:00 PM and 2:00 AM

Fluent Portuguese

Good command of English

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working with computers and digital tools

Willingness to work rotating shifts

Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage, but not essential
