Compensation:
- Gross Salary: €1,040 per month (includes free accommodation in a private room in shared housing)
- Without Accommodation: €1,295 per month
Job Overview
As an Advertisers Support Representative for this leading Social Media company, your primary role will be to assist small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that use these platforms to advertise. You’ll ensure advertisers have a smooth experience by troubleshooting technical issues, reporting bugs, guiding clients on platform tools, and providing pre- and post-sales support. Working within a fast-paced, innovative team, your contributions will enhance the overall user experience and satisfaction for advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Respond to SMB clients across multiple channels – live chat, email, and phone. Outbound calls are required for emails and recommended for chat to ensure all inquiries are resolved promptly.
- Pre- and Post-Sales Support: Assist clients with self-service ad products, offering support both before and after the sale to maximize ad effectiveness.
- Product Expertise: Help clients understand and leverage the tools and features for a better advertising experience.
- Problem Solving: Identify trends, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting multiple SMB clients, improving client satisfaction and retention.
