Czech-Speaking Marketing Representative

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Compensation:

• Option 1: Gross salary of €1,397 per month with free accommodation (own room in a shared house/apartment, includes allowances).
• Option 2: Gross salary of €1,766 per month (if accommodation is not required).

Job Overview

As an Advertising Sales Representative, you will support clients in an innovative, dynamic environment to grow and develop their client base. Working with a team of top-tier sales professionals, you will identify sales opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and maintain a portfolio of small business clients. Fluency in Czech and English is essential. This role requires strong consultative sales skills, adaptability, a client-focused mindset, and a passion for achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Daily interaction with new and existing clients (advertisers/agencies) via telephone, email, and chat to identify sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to meet their advertising goals.
• Provide personalized solutions based on individual client needs.

Portfolio Management

• Manage a portfolio of small business clients to help grow their revenue.
• Prioritize and plan outreach strategies based on client business models and objectives.

Consultative Sales

• Commit to consultative selling techniques to align the company’s advertising solutions with client goals.
• Continuously optimize product performance by providing actionable recommendations and insights.

Industry Research

• Conduct research on various industries, verticals, and local business nuances to provide targeted solutions.

Knowledge Development

• Become an expert in the Advertising solutions and leverage this knowledge to enhance client performance.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and customer experience.

Performance Analysis

• Monitor and measure advertising performance, making proactive suggestions to drive success.
• Identify and share success stories from advertisers using the products effectively.

Qualifications

Skills Required

• Fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken).
• Exceptional consultative sales and coaching abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, especially the Ads, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
