Swedish Speaking Customer Service Advisors – Banking Sector
Athens, Greece OR Remote in GreeceSalary: €1300 gross per month + up to 10% performance bonus + €100 per month UP Hellas + private medical insurance
Our client, a prominent financial institution, is seeking Swedish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of a leading bank, offering a competitive salary, bonuses, and the chance to work remotely or in-office in Athens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support to Swedish-speaking clients of the bank.
- Assist with inquiries related to banking services, accounts, transactions, and product offerings.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Adhere to company guidelines, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency:
- Swedish: C1 level minimum
- English: B1 level minimum
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Work Conditions:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Finnish time
- Location:
- Work from the office in Athens (relocation assistance available).
- Remote work option anywhere within Greece.
