 Key Responsibilities

Content Moderation & Compliance

• Review and analyze videos, images, posts, and comments for violations.
• Remove or escalate inappropriate content based on platform policies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and platform guidelines.

User Interaction & Community Management

• Monitor and moderate user comments and interactions.
• Handle appeals and disputes regarding content removal.

Trend Identification & Reporting

• Track and report emerging trends and policy violations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (policy, legal, and compliance).

24/7 Rotational Shifts

• Work 40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts (+1-hour lunch break).
• Cover shifts from Monday to Sunday, including nights and holidays.

Requirements

Fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken).
 Ability to analyze and process high volumes of content efficiently.
 Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
 Emotional resilience to handle potentially sensitive or distressing content.
 Prior experience in content moderation, social media, or digital platforms is a plus.
