Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an advisor on digital marketing strategies for advertisers, focusing on social media optimization.
• Provide information and guidance on using social media marketing tools to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze and evaluate social media advertising metrics to track effectiveness.
• Make both inbound and outbound calls with advertisers, advising on their advertisements and budget allocations.
• Understand and implement customer requirements, collaborating on effective sales funnel strategies.
• Identify trends and potential issues early, applying innovative ideas to enhance advertising campaigns.

Benefits & Compensation

• Base Salary: €2,750 per month gross
• Performance Bonus: Up to €687.50 monthly
• Attendance Bonus: Additional €40
• Contract: Initial 1-year contract with a 4-month probation period; option to extend
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
• Training: Comprehensive 4-week onboarding program

• Must already reside in the Berlin area
• Fluent in Czech and proficient in English
